ZX9999 Platform Rules

01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ZX9999 ("ZX9999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at zx9999.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any bet or wager, or using any feature of ZX9999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

ZX9999 operates under an applicable international licensing framework. We do not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial body, or any Pakistani financial institution. Pakistani users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This document is not legal advice.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a personal account opened by a User on the ZX9999 platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits or other incentive amounts credited to a User's Account subject to separate promotional terms and wagering requirements.
• "Services" means the online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, esports betting, instant games and all other features accessible through the ZX9999 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by ZX9999 to confirm User identity, age, address and payment ownership before processing withdrawals or at any point ZX9999 deems necessary.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful or restricted under applicable law.
• "Platform" means the ZX9999 website, mobile site and any associated applications through which the Services are accessed.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, referenced where amounts are expressed in local currency context.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ZX9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not as an agent, trustee or representative of another individual or entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant or immediate family member of a ZX9999 employee or affiliated partner.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on ZX9999 — only one Account per person is permitted.
• You must not have been self-excluded from ZX9999 or any other platform in circumstances where such exclusion remains in effect.

04 Account Registration

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in your Account. ZX9999 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to provide accurate or current information.

You agree to the following obligations with respect to Account management:

• You will not share your login credentials (username, password) with any third party under any circumstances.
• You will use a strong, unique password and will update it if you believe it has been compromised.
• You will notify ZX9999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• Only one Account may be maintained per individual. Any duplicate or multi-Account situation may result in suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring or assigning your Account to another person is strictly prohibited.

ZX9999 operates a mandatory KYC process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed and Accounts may be suspended until satisfactory identity verification documents are provided and approved by our compliance team.

05 Terms of Use

By using the ZX9999 platform you agree to access and use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You acknowledge that:

• All gambling and gaming activities on ZX9999 involve real money and carry a risk of financial loss. You participate entirely at your own risk.
• ZX9999 does not guarantee any winnings, returns or outcomes. Past results do not predict future results.
• You will not use the platform in any manner that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights or disrupts the platform's normal operation.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any Account, system, server or network associated with ZX9999.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by ZX9999.
• You accept that odds, market availability and game outcomes are subject to change and that ZX9999 makes no representations about the continuous availability of any specific market or game.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on ZX9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type, as published on the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and game-specific or sport-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.

Key principles governing betting and gaming activity include:

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are accepted solely at ZX9999's discretion. Confirmation of a bet by the system constitutes acceptance. ZX9999 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without prior explanation.
• Live Betting: In-play markets on cricket (PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series), football, UFC and other sports are subject to suspension and re-pricing during the event. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.
• Palpable Errors: Bets placed on odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error (a "palpable error") may be voided regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: ZX9999 may apply minimum and maximum stake limits on individual markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulators/Parlays: Multi-selection bets are accepted subject to the same rules that govern each individual leg. Voiding of one leg may result in recalculation of the accumulator return per applicable rules.
• Casino RTP: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games are theoretical values calculated over extended play periods. Individual session results may differ materially from stated RTP figures.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

ZX9999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these general Terms and to specific promotional terms communicated at the time of each offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable terms before claiming any Promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotional terms. Funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotions have defined validity periods. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any time. Activating a new promotion may cause a prior bonus to be forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: ZX9999 reserves the right to withdraw, withhold or reverse any bonus if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage activity, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• No Guaranteed Returns: No Promotion constitutes a guarantee of profit or a return of the deposit amount. Gambling involves risk and bonus participation does not alter that fundamental reality.

08 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ZX9999 are subject to the payment terms set out in this section and to the specific requirements displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

• Accepted Methods: Payment methods available to Users are displayed in the cashier. References to familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for contextual familiarity only. They do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or guarantee that these services are available or usable at any given time.
• Cryptocurrency: BTC, USDT and select other digital assets may be accepted where supported. Users are solely responsible for understanding applicable tax and legal obligations related to cryptocurrency transactions in their jurisdiction.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.
• Same-Method Policy: ZX9999 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same method used for the originating deposit, subject to anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Transaction Responsibility: ZX9999 accepts no liability for delays, errors or charges imposed by third-party payment processors, banks or digital wallet providers.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZX9999. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Opening more than one Account per person or household.
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated identity, age or address information.
• Using the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a third party.
• Engaging in, facilitating or assisting with any form of match fixing, event manipulation or insider betting activity.
• Using software, scripts, bots, AI tools or any automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent platform security.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or manifest pricing mistakes.
• Laundering funds or using the platform in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack or interfere with any part of the ZX9999 platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZX9999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ZX9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the ZX9999 platform or its content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZX9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling decisions made by the User.
• Interruption, suspension or unavailability of the platform or any specific market or game.
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, banking institutions or telecommunications networks.
• Inaccurate information provided to ZX9999 by the User.

ZX9999's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the account balance held at the time the relevant claim arose. ZX9999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12 Responsible Gambling

ZX9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Users with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users directly through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount of net losses you are prepared to accept within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and cut-off points based on session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time spent and activity during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your Account for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests that tighten existing limits take effect immediately.

13 Suspension & Termination

ZX9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any pending bets, withdrawals or balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion or confirmed evidence of fraudulent, dishonest or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during or after registration.
• Confirmed multi-accounting or bonus abuse activity.
• Court order, regulatory direction or law-enforcement request requiring account restriction.
• Identification of the User as a minor or as a person under a self-exclusion order.

Users who wish to close their own Account may do so by contacting ZX9999 support. Voluntary closure does not affect ZX9999's right to investigate any pending compliance matter before releasing remaining balances.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZX9999 holds its applicable operating licence. ZX9999 does not represent that these Terms, or the Services, comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction — including Pakistan. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own legal risk and must satisfy themselves as to the legality of participation under applicable local law before registering or engaging in any activity on the platform.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

15 Amendments

ZX9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, unless prior notice is required by applicable law or by the terms of ZX9999's operating licence. All amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page.

Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
